Misty River, Wolfscote Dale

A misty river scene along Wolfscote Dale, in the Peak District of England. This wintry landscape was photographed on a mid December afternoon. The frost was still on the ground and the view looking down stream along the River Dove, shows a patch of mist which almost conceals the woodland on the Derbyshire side of the river.
