Blue Wonder
For me, this was a wonderful cove. I spent a lot of time swimming and snorkelling around it and diving to explore the fish and marine life below the surface. I had a great time here. It is quite large; the boat near the far beach gives a clue to the scale of the scene. The location is Son Parc on the north-east coast of Menorca, Spain.

Cales Coves, Menorca
Cales Coves in Menorca, Spain. This cove, situated on the south of the island, is one of the most beautiful coves I've ever visited. Access to it is difficult, there is no road, just a very rough track which is only suitable for four wheel drive vehicles but once there, the views are breathtaking.

Son Parc, Coves
A picturesque view of two of the many coves around this north-east coast resort. The yacht is at anchor in about 4m of water. I have been diving all around this cove. There are many submerged rocks, with some very shallow water, but which gets progressively deeper towards the open ocean. I imagine it would be difficult to safely navigate a boat in and out of. The location is Son Parc, Menorca, Spain.

Son Parc, Menorca
This was just one of the spectacular views from our apartment balcony, when we stayed on vacation at Son Parc, Menorca, Spain. The cove which is on the north-east coast has a tiny beach but opens up considerably in width and depth towards the open sea. I was swimming or diving there at some time every day during our stay. Below the surface was an abundance of marine life.
