War Memorial, Mylor, Cornwall
The War Memorial at Mylor in Cornwall, England. The memorial is situated on Penarrow Road close to St Mylor Church. It commemorates the fallen servicemen in both World War I and World War II. The tablet at the base also includes the names of seven civilians who were killed by enemy action. The Grade II listed War Memorial has a wheel cross, a rectangular plinth, a tablet and pedestal all in granite, surrounded by low iron railings and it was erected in 1920.

The War Memorial in the village of Delabole, Cornwall, England. The memorial is located in a small Memorial Garden off the High Street near to the junction with Atlantic Road and it commemorates the men of Delabole who lost their lives in service during the First and Second World Wars. The plain Celtic cross of granite is mounted on a square plinth with a two tiered base, it was unveiled in February 1922 and the tablet for the Second World War names was added later.

Whitby Memorial Bridge
Whitby Memorial Bridge, at Whitby, North Yorkshire, England. The footbridge which links The West Pier with the West Breakwater, or pier extension, is dedicated to two local soldiers who lost their lives whilst serving in Afghanistan. The soldiers were: Corporal Damian Lawrence MiD of the 2nd Yorkshire Regiment, killed on 17.2.2008, aged 25 and Craftsman Andrew Found of the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, killed on 16.6.2011, aged 27. Whitby Memorial Bridge was opened in July 2012.

The Roll of Honour is extensive and includes soldiers and personnel from the Navy, Mercantile Service and woman Munitions worker during the First World War. The list from the Second World War includes, soldiers and personnel from the RAF and the Merchant Navy. An inscription on the second tier of the pedestal reads; Staithes War Memorial, To perpetuate the memory of those who made the supreme sacrifice for King and country during the Great War 1914-1918. The War Memorial is located near to the top of the village, close to the Captain Cook Inn.

Crich Memorial Tower
The Crich Memorial Tower, also known as Crich Stand is a lighthouse tower which was built in 1923 as a memorial to the men of the Sherwood Foresters, who died in service during the First World War. It was later dedicated to the memory of men of the regiment who died during the Second World War and also in later conflicts.
