![]() Inner Harbour Entrance, Charlestown The entrance to the inner harbour and dock, at Charlestown in Cornwall, England. The port, which was designed for small sailing vessels, was built in the 18th century to facilitate the export of copper ore from local mines and China clay from St Austell.
